Respected sir/madam I added money of 5000Rs. to my paytm wallet and selected the option return to bank .The transaction is showing to successful but not received in my bank account .I send mail to paytm but there was no response from the paytm. I recharge my paytm wallet from my bank acount of 2000 rs then i return money to bank 2000 deducted from my paytm wallet but my bank did nt get money

I transferred amount of 760/- INR via my ATM to Paytm account. Amount was deducted but sitll I didn't receive amount in my Paytm wallet. I tried contact to customer care executive but number was wrong. So please suggest me what I do.

I have deposited Rs. 2000.00 in ICICI Bank in paytm account on 22/12/2016
the amount has been not transfered to my account. When I ask ICICI Bank for the same they said the amount has been transfered to paytm account when i try to contact Paytm i am not getting proper answer
