The item received was broken and inner package seal was open. The peeling tag one side was removed. I received the package with proper paytm label but the item was not able to use. I paid the amount through internet banking and full amount was paid by me rs-244.00. When i tried to contact the customer care personal i was unable to connect to them. I feel that it is better to shop with amazon or fllipkart as they are very quick in responding and they are able to understand our situation. The customer care people are very much helpful in the case of amazon or flipkart. Was this information helpful? | |||||
