Paytm Mobile Solutions — Balance deduct in my account but not be shown in my paytm wallet

Hello PAYTM

I have transferred 5000/- from my pnb Bank to PAYTM WALLET it states that my amount has been debited from my BANK but where PAYTM WALLET SHOWS 0 as Balance

I recieved a message to my Mobile stating it gets refunded with in 7 working days but still it has not yet processed
MY Paytm id is [protected]@gmail.com
and transaction id of that transaction is [protected]

kindly request you to look in to the issue and help me for return back my money in my paytm wallet or my bank account . I hope Paytm management helps me at this issue to resolve it.
