Paytm Mobile Solutions — bsnl data recharge validity not given as per the terms | |||||
I recharged my bsnl mobile no. With an amount of rs 444 today (29/08/2017) from paytm mobile app. This recharge gives 4gb 2g/3g data at unlimited speed (Speed reduced after usage of 4gb per day). And the validity for this recharge is 90 days which is clearly mentioned on paytm app. After the recharge i got a text message stating that validity is till 21/10/2017 which is only 54 days. This is a surprising fraud. I want this to be addressed & resolved asap. Attached are the 2 images which depicts the recharge description & the validity from the app & the the text message which i got from bsnl regarding the recharge.
