I have paid my electric city bill dated 16/08/20 for Rs. 517/- at the time of doing payment additional of Rs. 199/- also added for reliance burgerly insurance, iam not interested, so kindly cancel the policy and credit the amout to my credit card or paytm wallet,
Pls do necessary steps, it is cheating the customers and also I feel it is a fraud,

I have paid the asianet electric bill with order number[protected] on date /26 july 2020 .time is 12.54 Pm
I am not interested for the insurance said above in the subject. Kindly cancel the "home burglary insurance" of rs. 2 lac of 1 year for rs. 199 which added by default, it is ticked in check box automatically. I also request you to refund ₹ 199 into my bank account or paytm wallet.
