[Resolved] Paytm Mobile Solutions — cashback not received via paytm | |||||
I had purchased Samsung Galaxy Note 8 on28 Feb under the scheme of Rs8000 cashback through PAY TM(mobile received from poorvika stores, Phoenix mall, Bangalore). I have still not received the cashback ( after~ 11 days).I called paytm customer care, they say my card is not eligible for cashback, as I have made a transaction earlier through this card, I keep on asking them but they are not giving me details of 2nd transaction . I have checked all the transaction details, I have not made any other transaction . I have Visited paytm office and completed my K y C process also. They, as well as the mobile stores tell me that I am eligible for cashback. Kindly help me in this regard. Was this information helpful? | |||||
