Paytm Mobile Solutions — cashback not yet received

I, sunayana beriwal, purchased a samsung galaxy s8 plus through paytmmall app on 25th february 2018, for which i was assured a cashback of rs.10, 000 within 10 days.
Today is 12th april 2018 and till now i have'nt received the same. Within this period, i contacted the customer care numerous times, but they were unable to provide any satisfactory solution. This is not expected from a company like paytm, to harass their loyal customers.

I was adding amount to my paytm . Money was deducted from my SBI account but wallet showed 0 balance.
I again tried but once again amount deducted from SBI account and paytm showed 0 balance
