Paytm Mobile Solutions — Credit the debited amount rs 850/- for mseb bill dtd 04/11/2016 | |||||
I have paid mseb bill dtd 04/11/2016 of rs 850/- through my sbi debit card. In due course paytm upgradation work might be in progress. It may due to this payment of rs. 850/- was neither credited to mseb pune, maharashtra nor i received payment receipt from paytm but amount is debited from my sbi saving account. I have taken followup with local mseb and sbi pune to confirm about the payment. It is confirmed from both the offices that amount may be in paytm's suspense funds. I have paid pending mseb bill of rs. 850/- with compound interest on it in the month of april 2017. It is therefore requested to credit rs. 850/- with occurred interest in my sbi saving account no-[protected], sbi, main branch, pune - at the earliest.
