Paytm charging me rupees 2781 rs. I ordered through paytm wallet got charged and didnt have the product yet I will give u the details: Registered email id - [protected]@yahoo.com Mobile # [protected] Order id# [protected] Item id# adidas s79304 product was from adidas ordered on 3/11/16 at 1:17:09 pm... Amount - rs. 2781 Citibank transaction# 678847 citibank dr-i[protected]-paytm mobile solut inr... With order id i provided to paytm they sd it was a transaction of 120rs by the name of vishaaka if thats the case chk my card statement below attached for 2781rs by paytm... I m getting charged on my credit card i havent got the product and my pmt is due please explain paytm... Disputed with citibank but didnt work out as they asked me to contact i tried to mail to call but no respond from paytm... And paytm not replying on my mails havent rcv any call... Want to talk one on one with paytm, i have attached the proof that they are charging me on my card just want the product or refund asap.. Was this information helpful? | |||||
