Paytm Mobile Solutions — error in transaction | |||
Dear sir/madam, Today (10th apr18) i have done online transaction through paytm gateway and paid fees for delhi public school, durgapur rs. 29, 968.88 vide ref. No. [protected]. The amount is deducted from my axis bank saving a/c but not credited to the dps school account. You are requested to please process the payment or refund the failure transaction to my account. This is from pragathi consultancy, we are using paytm business app, one of client sent Rs 10, 000/- to my wallet on 27/03/18. but it was not credited to my a/c . so please solve this query ASAP . i never seen this type of worst app not connecting calls,
