Paytm Mobile Solutions — Failed transaction message from the payment gateway of paytm mobile solution despite my sb account having been debited of the said amount | |||||
Dear sir, I had booked a rail ticket (Lucknow to chandigarh) through my irctc account having made an online payment of inr 1451.5 with transaction id [protected] towards payee paytm mobile solution from my account xxxxxxxx2944 of my icici bank account on may, 14, 2017 at 22:38 hours. The transaction was depicted as 'successful' and the amount has been debited from my sb account, however, the message after the payment flashed 'transaction had failed'. As a result, my rail ticket has not been generated despite the payment having been made through your gateway. Kindly enquire into the matter and take corrective action in this matter. Request treat the issue as most urgent. Awaiting your early response.
