Paytm has incorrectly linked [protected] number to my email id [protected]@gmail.com.Over 60 emails exchanged between me and paytm, still issue not resolved.They have wrongly transferred my money rs311.45 to [protected] instead of my number [protected].After following up, they have transferred only rs300 to my mobile [protected].When I'm asking them to transfer the balance amount rs11.45 they are asking to provide the details of mobile [protected] which doesn't even belong to me. When I spoke to the customer service representative 3 times, they confessed that they have wrongly linked [protected] to my email id [protected]@gmail.com and that they will rectify it soon. But they haven't and still asking me to provide the details of the transaction done in this mobile in order to transfer my money back to my mobile number [protected]. I can't do that as mobile number [protected] doesn't belong to me. It's paytm fault and they need to rectify this error made at their end. There are 2 tickets raised by paytm for this query 21027096 and 22239843. Please go through all the emails exchanged and I've also attached all the screenshots in my emails which clearly shows the remaining balance I had in December end 2016 and then I got msg from paytm asking to re-register once again as my paytm has expired. Since then the balance in my account is showing nill and I've been following up since more than 2 months to get this resolved. Their customer service representatives are useless as they don't understand customer queries, they don't know how to work on the issues for resolution, they don't know how to reply to customer email. I'm extremely disappointed with such type of pathetic service by paytm. Not going to refer paytm to any of my friends and relatives. Have already asked them to uninstall paytm. Also please note there are several people who are facing this fraud by paytm which involves huge money and they will be approaching consumer court and police to give complaint. 2 of my neighbours are also facing this fraud by paytm and have already filed an fir in police. They are working on it and have recovered half the amount of 5000. The remaining amount has been incorrectly transferred by paytm to someone elses mobile number and it's been worked upon for resolution.

If they don't get my issue resolved immediately, I'm going to approach consumer court and police for this fraud. Doesn't matter if it's small amount. But what paytm are doing is fraud and they need to pay for it.

Been trying to call their customer service number and there isn't any options to speak to the customer service representative at all. What sort of customer service are they providing??? Rubbish.

Please help in getting my issue resolved.

I have transfer an amount of Rs.20000/- into my Paytm account it is debited in my credit card but it is not credit into Paytm account, my mobile No.[protected], kindly resolve the problem immediately.
