Paytm Mobile Solutions — fund transfer failure from paytm wallet to bank account | |||||
Sir, I am using paytm registered with my mobile no. [protected]. On 24th December 2017 at 8.47 PM I have tried to transfer Rs. 500 from my Paytm wallet to My indian bank SB account. Rs. 514.99 got debited from my paytm wallet but not credited to my bank account. As per their suggestion mentioned in the help and support, I waited for few hours, and its been 3 days that amount has neither credited to my bank account nor refunded to paytm wallet. This is the 2nd time I am facing this issue with paytm. I contacted their customer support but no proper reply recieved.
