Paytm Mobile Solutions — I have received wrong product

Updated by mohd Jalees I have ordered a mobile phone (redmi note 6 pro) of which parsal delivered on 10th April in which I have received a Nokia's dead phone then I have requested the return of product but on 12 th April request has been cancelled then I have complained in paytm mall then paytm executives says me to do wait pls our team is investigating with regarding your order pls wait to coming resolution on 22 Nd April paytm investigator team give me a mail in which mentioned that the product was delivered was correct😢😢😢😢 but I am not agree with this
Delivery date_10/04/2019(after 6-7 days of order placing)
Return request rejected date_12/04/2019
On 22nd/April/2019 denied the case of wrong product and says delivered product was correct 😢😢😢😕😕😕🤔🤔🤔totally waste of time and waste of money =shopping on paytm mall...I think after that's all
