Im complaining about the online transaction done on on 28/8/17, rs.431 was been deducted from my axis bank account for an unbooked e ticket through a irctc app and the transaction i'd is been documented. (I. E[protected]. Kindle do the needful, as i have trust in ur online service.. Kindly keep the name. Sorry to mention,, even the contact number of the company is valid or not, they ain't picking the call in toll free number. I'm really disappointed.. Kindly reply..
