Paytm Mobile Solutions — irctc train ticket not booked. payment pending from bank end | |||||
I tried to book the ticket through irctc on 21/06/2018 the corresponding train number is 17311 (Mas vasco exp). The tickets were not booked but amount of rs. 980.39/- has been deducted from my sbi bank account. Now in irctc portal it says"pending from bank end". Transactions was done through paytm m gateway using debit card. I have contacted irctc regarding this, but they are saying they have not received the amount. The amount was not refunded into my account and regarding this i have given reminder emails (Email query reference numbers is : 72807132, 72468951,[protected] to paytm team but so far i have not received any kind of response from paytm team. I have same Problem, Transaction done 22 june, 5 times deduct 3760 from my PAYTM wallet, But irctc say not received the amount, & pay tm Say transaction successful.
