This is to state that i made jio recharge on date 11 nov 17 amounting to rs 384 + 15 (Wallet)= 399 on no [protected] on 01:27 am. The payment was debited from my credit card, but the recharge is still showing processing. I have messaged several times in in paytm app (Ref no[protected]. But zero communication from their side.
