Hello Team,
This is to inform you that today morning I got a call from Paytm customer number is “[protected]” his name is Sumit from paytm account section.He said he called regarding the transaction of 5000rs on which I have raised a compliant. He asked me to provide the card details but I refused to share it. But later said he is calling from Paytm finance team and I said that I already received the amount to my wallet but he said it for conformation and I gave the pin. And later I received a message of 10000, 9800, 9800 rs transaction debited from my card made by Paytm. I blocked my card and when I called the HDFC customer care they said that the Paytm that the transaction was done by Paytm.Later i enquired from the bank i got to know that the paytm ws made through paytm.
I have mailed you please kindly look into this
I not sure who did it but please reach out to me by calling [protected].

If i wont get call back from you guys i am going to register a FIR on you and also i have few more people along with me the same thing happened with them

PayTM Mobile Solutions — Not money transfer but deduction of amount from my acount

Sir, i transfer the amount of rs 1000 from my account no is [protected] and card no is [protected] to my friend whose account no is [protected] yesterday 15.12.2016 .
Money is not transfer to my friend account but rs 1000 is deducted from my account. So sir please help me out from this problem as soon as possible

I had transfer 3000 paytm wallet to BIO Bank on 15/12/16.but that was pending and still it is pending or now i don't know what to do please help me in that case.

Have made recharged of Data pack on my mobile number [protected] last night and transaction of same amount has also made and deducted as got the email also..but it is showing that no data balance on this number. Also have asked to same query to customer care too, But same ans from their .
What should I do?
