[Resolved]  Paytm Mobile Solutions — money deducted from paytm but item not booked

I want to booked some items from grofers and for that i choosed grofers for the payment (13th march at 8.18pm). When i choosed paytm for payment, the amount was automatically deducted from my paytm account but the order was not booked. I again do it using google pay linked with paytm to pay the bills. But after that i saw that an amount of rs 823 was deducted from my paytm account for which no item was booked. I cancelled the order to verify the matter and saw that amount was refunded to my saving account but no amount was refunded to paytm account till now. I talked to grofers and they had confirmed that no item was booked under this id: grdr7f[protected]. I sent several complain to paytm buy no action has been taken.
