Hi, My mobile number is [protected] & my email id is : [protected]@gmail.com I made a transaction of Rs.1500 from my ICICI bank credit card on 4th dec 2016. The bank transaction ID/Auth ID is 656001. As per the ICICI back : We inform you that, the transaction made at Paytm for Rs. 1500 debited in your card account on December 04, 2016 and the transaction ID/auth ID is 656001. As the transaction amount is claimed by the merchant, it has been billed and reflecting in your current month statement. Since the merchant has already claimed the amount, the reversal or refund of those charges can not be processed from our side. We request you to kindly contact the merchant for the refund of those charges. Once the merchant refunds the amount it will be reflecting in your, the then current statement.
