Paytm Mobile Solutions — No refund of purchase and balance | |||
When I am using mail I'd [protected]@gmail.com and mobile number [protected] I purchase power bank order I'd #[protected] of ₹799.with offer PB15 means ₹119 cashback. After purchase this power bank my wallet balance is ₹180. And then I request for change in mail I'd to [protected]@gmail.com. To [protected]@rediffmail.com My I'd changed successfully but my wallet balance not shows so after some time I think to reverse the mail I'd and change to origin for recover the wallet balance but yet no balance shows.that means I lost ₹180 wallet balance and ₹119 cashback offer total ₹299. Now since 3 days 10 mails and all screenshot send to paytm but no reply from them. Kindly do the needful Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||
