I ve ordered a laptop from paytm order no [protected] on 7th july 2017 but due to some reasons i ve cancelled it on 8th july and that time they said they completed the cancellation and refund me the amount but today is 11th july and no refund is recieved in my bank account. I paid the mobile bill for a number which is no longer in service.
I would like a refund of Rs. 1100.
The amount was not received by Airtel, the service provider.
i went to the airtel customer care and paid an amount of Rs. 945 and the number is going to get activated by tomorrow (4/7/17)
