Paytm Mobile Solutions — pathetic kyc experience | |
It's been over 2 months of my kyc problem. I completed my kyc with agent around 2 months back but my kyc wasn't done and bank account didn't open either. Later contacting them they said they'll delete my account and make it a full kyc account through previous given details at the time of kyc and told me not to create a account again until told by a paytm employee. They deleted my paytm account. And it's been 15 days i haven't recieved a call from paytm to reopen my account and now when i created the account it shows all my documents are already in use like pan card, aadhar, or passport all of them are already in use and now i cannot even activate my wallet nor do any kyc process Absolutely pathetic paytm.
