Paytm Mobile Solutions — Payment debited but not received by merchant | |
I had processed payment of Rs. 200/- in favour of institute of chartered accountants of India from my bank of india account on 4th Feb 2021 and my UPI Reference id is[protected] I was to get acknowledgement number of payment from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India but screen showed transaction failed and also tried to contact with ICAI they say that your amount is pending with Paytm while my bank account ending with 5704 has been debited by Rs. 2000/-. Kindly refund the payment to my bank account as i have made an another transaction to them. Was this information helpful? | |
