I had processed payment of rs. 4000/- in favor of institute of chartered accountants of india from my hdfc bank account on 2nd june, 2017. The debit details are[protected] ccapaytmcom and reference number is[protected]. I was to get acknowledgement number of payment from institute of chartered accountants of india but screen showed transaction failed while my bank account no.
