I paid my tata power electric bill using paytm and my kotak bank debit card. I got a failure (Not sucessful) message. The amount of rs 3097 has been deducted from my bank account. Date of transaction : 29 nov 2016 Ref : paytm97998 Debit card used - kotak bank As the transaction has failed and money is deducted from my bank account, kindly arrange to refund my money of rs 3097 into my paytm account.
