Paytm Mobile Solutions — payment rs. 10000 debited from account but not reached in paytm wallet

Dear sir,

I had added rs. 5000.00 two times to my paytm wallet vide nos. Below as mentioned on march 29, 2018 through my debit card no. 459xxxx708.

Pos [protected] at paytm txn#[protected] rs. 5000.00
&
Pos paytmwal1210203 at paytm txn #[protected] rs. 5000.00
Paytm wallet order id [protected] & [protected]

The above rs. 10, 000.00 have been debited from my saving account no. [protected] of sbi iit roorkee, but unfortunately not added to my pay tm wallet. Kindly add this amount i. E. Rs. 10000.00 to my paytm wallet or refund in my account and oblize.

I have received a message last night (3 April 2018 12:53 am) it says,

But i did not do such thing.

No response from paytm against one amount deducted from my wallet account but not credited to merchant account on 23 march but till now he has not received I so many time call paytm toll-free and helpesk no but no response from theirs side
Paytm wallet money is deducted but not getting in my bank account

My account has been debited by rs 1850 on 25/3/18 with OTHPG 197154.

I have a medicine shop so I used to receive payment through Paytm but now when I am trying to transfer my Paytm balance to bank I am having to pay charge for it. But as we all know that queen I have merchant account then I don't need to pay any extra charges for transferring Paytm balance to bank. So please fix it

I booked a train ticket with booking id [protected] on 24/03/2018 behalf transaction id [protected]. But booking failed and amount 630/- (six hundred thirty rupees) deducted my account. and it not refunded still. please do the needful at your end.
