Dear sir, I had added rs. 5000.00 two times to my paytm wallet vide nos. Below as mentioned on march 29, 2018 through my debit card no. 459xxxx708. Pos [protected] at paytm txn#[protected] rs. 5000.00 & Pos paytmwal1210203 at paytm txn #[protected] rs. 5000.00 Paytm wallet order id [protected] & [protected] The above rs. 10, 000.00 have been debited from my saving account no. [protected] of sbi iit roorkee, but unfortunately not added to my pay tm wallet. Kindly add this amount i. E. Rs. 10000.00 to my paytm wallet or refund in my account and oblize. I have a medicine shop so I used to receive payment through Paytm but now when I am trying to transfer my Paytm balance to bank I am having to pay charge for it. But as we all know that queen I have merchant account then I don't need to pay any extra charges for transferring Paytm balance to bank. So please fix it
