Paytm Mobile Solutions — payment through paytm not received | |||
I had maid a payment of rs.286.8 on 19th november for foodpanda through my paytm account. As the first payment was unsuccessful, i tried a second time but unfortunately money got deducted from my account twice. I contacted the foodpanda team and came to know that the money has not been received. Later i got a text message from paytm team telling that my bank has confirmed the payment against order id [protected]@1 and assured refund of money in case the order gets cancelled. But this transaction is not being showed in my paytm passbook till now and also i haven’t received any further messages from paytm team. A total of rs.573.6 has been debited from my account and there is no response from the paytm team yet. I humbly request your kind office to do the needful as soon as possible. I recieved a post of paytm mega offer and it clearly mentioned you can win the cash[protected] .can you give clarification about this.

I was adding money in my wallet.. But always comes dat transaction failed and the amount deduct from my debit card what type of service u providing... Refund my money as soon as possible
