Paytm Mobile Solutions — Paytm not refunding money for unfulfilled order and customer care is harassing. | |||||
Order number [protected] Complaint number 29818781 I never received the Symphony air cooler I ordered from Paytm despite many calls I made them. Order was dated 11th May. When I track item on their courier partner Delhivery site: It says that item was never picked up (status updated on 19th may) But according to Paytm item was shipped (on 17th May) but they don't have any tracking details to show. And now, I have cancelled the order on 22nd May (2 days after last promised delivery date) and they are not refunding the money (as item is still to reach the seller according to Paytm). The same item which was never picked up, how can it reach again. Paytm's system is faulty as I confirmed with Delhivery (Paytm's courier partner) on phone that item was not picked up. Paytm website clearly states that in case of any issue with the order, they will refund the money immediately. They don't give satisfactory replies on emails and phone by either discarding the request as duplicate or saying that you will get your refund when item reaches seller.
