Paytm Mobile Solutions — pyment of ticket rs.391.80 with transaction id [protected] have made but ticket is not done

Dear sir,
I have made an online ticket booking through paytm mobile solution (Irctc rail connect app) payment of inr.391.80 with transaction id [protected] towards payee paytm mobile solution from my account on oct, 21, 2017 at 18:21 hours. The amount 391.80 have been debited from my account but the ticket is not issued only just showed as error. So now how can i get my money back. Its an violation of it act. Unlawful apps has been published. So plz help me to get asap.
