[Resolved] Paytm Mobile Solutions — Recharge done but operator showing pending.sms sent that they can be cancelled after two hours but no such option given | |||||
I have done 2 transactions one for jio recharge of 99 rs and airtel recharge of 349 rs with order numbers [protected] and [protected] respectively at 7.15 P.M AND 7.29 P.M respectively. Both shown recharge is pending on operator side. Paytm sent message saying they can be cancelled after 2 hours if they are not recharged. Two hours lapsed and no such option given and no money credited into my paytm account. Sent complaint to customer centre no response. Hope u guys respect my time and urgency.
