Paytm Mobile Solutions — recharge done through paytm, money deducted but recharge not done | |||||
I have recharged my bsnl mobile ([protected]) on 24/9/17 with rs 444/ in odisha bsnl circle through paytm app. The money got deducted from my account and the operator reference no is [protected] (Paytm reference no) but recharge not done. I complained same to paytm customer care and they replied to contact bsnl customer care. I have talked to bsnl customer care and the executive told there is no recharge done on that day. Hi,
I used the UTS Mobile app to take my pass for 1 month yesterday Date 17 October 2017 at 19:05 the money has been deducted from my account but i have not got the pass.
Please refund my money urgently as i have already got the pass from the counter.
I am never gone use you idiotic app.
