Dear sir/ma'am, This is a complaint against paytm and vodafone.. I had to paytm an amount of 4000 to a friend.. But paytm recharged the talktime of 4000 for my friend instead of adding money to the wallet.. Now neither vodafone nor paytm is cancelling the recharge or suggesting any other ideas so that i can get my money back.. Please look into the matter urgently... The recharge was made from the number [protected] to the vodafone number [protected] through paytm... The order number is [protected]... Operator reference number onr[protected]...
