Paytm Mobile Solutions — refund status - worst experience | |||||
Hi team, Its being 10 days that i haven't received any refund. I am tired of contacting people from paytm. They never respond to my emails. Once they gave me a rrn number which my bank doesn't recognise. They are so shameless people. I am not sure where to go now.. Its a big amount (11999). I ordered a samsung printer from paytm, and now when i received it, it is the wrong model printer i received and the whole product has scratches and is broken. the scanning glass is also broken into pieces.
