Paytm Mobile Solutions — train ticket failed transaction - money | |||
I have booked a ticket on Friday 16th march 2018 at after-noon session in IRCTC website through Paytm wallet. Actually that transaction was failed, but money was deducted from my account. I informed the same to the customer care Paytm.But they did't gave me proper information. Still i did't get my money back. My reg. mobile number is[protected]. this is PAYTM/Seq No[protected], and Order id is[protected]. Already i have contacted my Axis bank also. But they told me that you have to return that amount.
