Paytm Mobile Solutions — Worst customer care | |||||
I have made a purchase on 16/10/2016 for 2 items with cashback of amount 279 and 139 resp. I have returned 1 item for which i have received refund excluding cashback amount to my wallet. I cant see any cashback received in my wallet transaction but credit of refund was there. When i get back to there customer care they are saying it was added to your account which you have used for next purchase on so and so date. My only request to them was as i cant see any credit of cashback in my wallet history could you please fetch the detail/statement/transaction id where it was credited to my account. I have also shared a snapshot of my wallet transaction with them. But they have only 1 answer you used that amount in next purchase. They are giving me all transaction id except for cashback credit which i am looking for. Worst customer care ever. This is how you guys are making money taking discount from seller on name of giving cashback to customer and then giving nothing back to customer. Thanks worst experience ever. Amazon is far best in online shopping as soon you will tell them any issue with product or delay in refund they will come up /with prompt response/refund. Customers may have issues at any point of time even with best organization in world. And customer care help to resolve those issues so company will stay best. On 6 june at 5:40 I added 200rs from indian bank but yet not received in paytm wallet. Please check n return my money.
