Paytm Mobile Solutions — wrong transfer of money

I was transferring 13500 in my account
Amit kumar mandal which is in pune
But how the money can transfer if i have given incorrect information of my account such as name and ac no and ifsc code too.
It got transferred to
Netravati sarvi account which is in karnataka
Kindly refund my money back
I have done 3 transaction (5000, 5000, 3500) but without correct information it got deposited to her account

he told he is calling from consumer complain and was asking my card details .
IS he was Genuine or FAKE .
