Paytm Mobile Solutions — wrongly sent money to another number

Hello Sir,
I was about to send money to my friend. But I sent to a wrong number ( [protected]) But when I called him and asked he told that he's doing dream11 team business and told me money can't be reverted back. Then he stopped attending my calls. Now when I called him his phone is switched off. Please do help me to get my hard earned money back. I lost 1000rs. Please help me contact [protected]@gmail.com
