Paytm — Money debited order not placed as well as claimed at tata credit card | |||||
I had made a transaction of Rs 92, 950 on Paytm trying to purchase an Iphone 6s plus 128 gb Order number is [protected].I saw the amount has been debited to my account and my order was not placed . I called Paytm care and told them about the same IMMEDIATELY they told me i will get the credit they said we accept the order has not been placed this is not done and after me many times saying that i need an email on the same they sent me an email . Now they have not placed the order my account has also been debited as well as they have also claimed the money to the merchant site that is tata credit cards . This is pathetic.
