Paytm — Money dedcuted from paytm wallet and account but recharge failed

Order no at paytm - [protected] : i tried to make a recharge of rs 150 from paytm website on 9th july 2016. An amount of rs 63 was deducted from my paytm wallet and remaining 87 were transferred to one97 communications (Group that owns paytm) from my bank account. The status of the recharge at paytm website is "payment confirmation awaited" and so i have not received my recharge at cellular end.
I would like paytm to kindly look into the matter and request them to refund my money deducted in the above transaction.
