[Resolved] Paytm — money deducted but not recharged

Hi, I have recharge my airtel number on 17th sep 2014 with 200 +200=400, paytm has deducted my money from bank but dint recharge, i have sent mail to them that then they are replying me with recharge successful mail on 19th sep 2014, order numbers are[protected],[protected], still my recharge dint happended, On 15th sep 2014 i have recharge airtel number with rs 101 it was successful but paytm has taken my amount two times, i have my bank transactions for that, order number[protected]. I have sent so many mails but no proper raply, i need my money back to my account.

Updated by sudhama Hi, I have recharge my airtel number on 17th sep 2014 with 200+200=400, paytm has deducted my money from bank but dint recharge, i have sent mail to them that then they are replying me with recharge successful mail on 19th sep 2014 afternoon, on same day evening rs 200 they gave me back in my paytm account that order num[protected], but order number[protected] is not yer resolved, , still my recharge dint happended,
On 15th sep 2014 i have recharge airtel number with rs 101 it was successful but paytm has taken my amount two times, i have my bank transactions for that, order number[protected]. I have sent so many mails but no proper raply, i need my money back to my account.
