Paytm — Money not received for failed payment

Hi Sir,

I tried making a payment on ebay.in using my Paytm wallet. First time my payment got failed but money got deducted from.my paytm wallet. When I contacted Paytm Care, they told me that my wallet balance will.be rolled back withom 48 hours. I again tried to make the payment usimg my spouse's Paytm wallet. Again the money was deducted but the transaction went unsuccessful.


Now even after waiting for 72 hrs, I have not received my money in either of the Paytm wallets.

Here are the details of both the transactions:

First Txn: 29th May

Second Txn: 31 May

Paytm Txn Id # [protected]

I have sent multiple emails to Paytm but they are not even bothered to look into my problem. Pleasw help me to get my money back.
