Paytm — Money transfered but payment failed

I have purchasaed a mobile phone adcomx4 lovee black) worth of rs.640/- on 10th august 2015 with rs.33/- pay tm cash and remaining rs.607/- paid through sbi net banking with reference to ccach1pop864ig0amtuzu6 transfer to [protected] avenues india private and also shown in order book status payment success at that time. But now it is changed to payment failed in my order book and returned rs.33/- to my paytm wallet. Kindly rectify the defect.
