[Resolved]  Paytm — Not able to solve a issue and keep on giving false promises

I had used the services of this app to make a simple top-up of Rs. 50.(Order ID[protected] on the 17th of September, 2014.Before deducting my money(or PayTm wallet cash in this case), the app didn't provide any message regarding any technical issue with AIRTEL West Bengal circle.After deducting the amount the issue was displayed and then my order was placed in queue. They assured that the recharge would be done later, which wasn't done and i had to remind them through emails(because they don't provide any contact numbers). After two/three emails they responded, saying that it was a technical issue on their side which was resolved and my recharge would be done.Yes, they just updated their records and send me message with successful recharge which was a complete fake as AIRTEL didn't send me in a confirmation message and no update of my balance was reflected.Yet, PayTm's app showed that the recharge was done. After that, i again had to mail them thrice about this to which they assured that the problem would be resolved by either returning back my recharge amount to my PayTm wallet or the recharge would be done because it was again "their technical issue." I am still mailing them and NONE from PayTm has called up to clear out the issue.No step has been taken to resolve this issue and it's been more than a week that my recharge is not done.They are sending the same mail again and again with no solution to my problem.I am fed up with this service.

The company did the needful to resolve the issue. Would've liked if the resolution didn't take so much time and my harrasment to get resolved.

It indicates that this order got failed and the amount of Rs. 50 was refunded to your Paytm wallet. The Paytm wallet balance can be used for your next orders at Paytm.com. You always have the option to transfer this balance to same credit card/bank account. To initiate the refund go to 'Paytm Cash' under the 'My Account' section and click on 'Refund to bank'.
