Paytm — Not provide service for particular product within warranty periods | |||
Greeting, I have purchased Nokia 215 mobile from the Paytm. Right now, device is in warranty period. Right now, Device into speaker not working, Battary draining And over heating. For this particular modal Nokia 215, IT IS NON REPAIRABLE DEVICE. I HAVE ALREADY CONTACT NOKIA SERVICE CENTER AND ALSO CONTACT MICROSOFT FOR SAME. This device under piece to piece replacement warranty. They tell me Device is non reparable and also these terms are written on Mobile Box and also they sent me mail regarding same. Please review my all conversions mail and comments send by Microsoft. Microsoft also provide this things in mails. I have already contact Paytm care but they can not take any action for the same. They only demanding JOB sheet. But device is non repairable and only contains piece to piece replacement warranty. Please review my all mail and take action ASAP. Waiting for your positive reply.
