Paytm — One order delivery other one pending.

Updated by shahprachi I got the call from no-[protected] with name:Ravi sharma with emp id-1214592 from account section dept.
Is it valid customer care no?
if yes than i give me detail for last transaction of 9500 which is deducted from my account.and same
another 9500 deducted from my another account.
please let me know about this transaction else i am doing police complaint against paytm
for this issue. that i am not getting valid detail on customer care portal.

as all are fraud and they are not replying on call also.

rakesh sharma's manager sanjeeb talked to me that i will get back my money and nitin told that u have to submit money for this.and yet i didnt get my money it was transffered by yesterday 6.23 pm and at 6.30 is their closing time.

if they are saying they are legal than also dont do any trust on them.
police complaint is in progress and this frauders will be trapped soon.
if they are still reading this comment than if they have courage then please call me back and transfer my money back before 10.00 am.
