[Resolved] Paytm — Payment done but recharge not received | |||
Dear Sir, I had paid amount of Rs.455 for my Airtel number (****334566) for recharging 3G pack through Order No#[protected] on 01 NOV '14 4:21 PM. Payment was done through ICICI Bank Transaction No#[protected]. Regularly sending mail regarding non receiving of recharge amount but no action taken. Only received ticket no#[protected] against complaint lodge. Status showing "Processing your order". Amount neither recharge nor credited into wallet. I am a regular customer of Paytm and this is demotivating me and force me for switching to other sites. Please help and do the needful. Was this information helpful? | |||
