[Resolved] Paytm — Payment of Reliance energy electricity bill | |||
sir, I have paid Rs.890/- towards Reliance Engery Electricity Bill on 30th November 2014 through my mobile on PAYTM App. My Reliance Energy Account NO.[protected]. However, immediately thereafter my bank was debited for the said amount and then I got a message from you that "Reliance Energy Network is taking time to recharge. We are giving them 2 hours to recharge, else we will refund your money". Till now I have neither received my money back nor my bail has been paid. Please revert in this behalf ASAP.
