Paytm — Payment successful but ticket not booked

Address:Bangalore, Karnataka

On 18th july 2015 i am trying to book Bus ticket through paytm gateway from Travelyaari.com and then my wallet doesn't have money so i tried paying through netbanking option in paytm.
Payment is successful but payment not directed to travelyaari.My money from Icici bank got debited.
I didn't receive orderID confirmation from paytm or any msgs on that day.
The reference Number ICICI bank given to me is:7482738
Transaction No:SB2580653

I want to contact customer care of paytm but i am not able to do that.
