Paytm — Paytm cheats and is not refunding my money

My paytm account is registered withe mail [protected]@gmail.com;
I paid ebay through paytm and later returned the products to ebay ;
E bay refunded the amount in my paytm wallet;

It has been 3 months but despite my multiple requests paytm si not refunding the money back to my card or account;

I will suggest all the readers to never use paytm ; it is another fraud and money minting in ethical organisation from criminal; state o[censored]p (India)
